Appwaze is the seller name supplied by the operator. Seller registration, launch markets and the operational consent/cancellation process still require verification before publication. No universal international no-refund rule is claimed.
1. Commercial refund policy and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed before ordering, Appwaze does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after payment is confirmed. Payment does not itself remove a cancellation right or prove delivery. Mandatory rights take priority, including applicable remedies for faulty, misdescribed, undelivered or non-conforming products/services and unauthorised or duplicate charges. No clause prevents a lawful complaint or payment dispute.
2. Digital downloads and immediate supply
Where the applicable law permits a digital-content withdrawal exception, Appwaze may rely on it only after the required prior express request/consent, separate acknowledgement, durable contract confirmation and actual start of the relevant digital supply have been evidenced. A terms checkbox, payment, account creation or licence-key generation alone is insufficient. Hosted services and custom development are not automatically treated as completed digital downloads. Where the requirements are unmet, applicable cancellation rights remain.
3. Custom development: 50% advance
A custom-work quote must identify its complete scope, total, currency, tax treatment and payment schedule before acceptance. The customer pays a 50% advance before work starts. Work may start only after the server confirms the matching advance payment; a payment screenshot, browser redirect or staff status label is not confirmation. The remaining amount is due before final delivery and handover. Integer currency rounding is disclosed and the final balance receives the remainder so the two payments equal the agreed total.
4. Cancellation of custom work
An advance is a part-payment, not automatically forfeited merely because it was paid. Any retained amount or cancellation charge must be lawful, fair, supported by the agreed scope and evidenced work/costs, and subject to applicable duties to reduce losses and mandatory cancellation rights. Appwaze will assess any unused or refundable amount; this policy does not authorise retaining the entire advance in every case. Early service commencement requires the request, information and confirmation applicable to that service. A fully performed-service exception cannot be claimed while work is incomplete.
5. Refund review and payment records
Use billing@appwaze.com with the order/proposal reference and a description of the issue; do not provide passwords, full card numbers or private keys. Requests must be reviewed against the accepted version of the offer and applicable rights. Approved returns use the maintained payment-provider or independently confirmed bank-return process, with invoice/credit-note adjustments where required. A request or pending provider response is not evidence money was returned. Timing must reflect the applicable law and actual provider, not an invented universal deadline.
6. Access and records
A confirmed refund or dispute may affect the related licence or access only as provided by the accepted contract and mandatory law. Partial returns require proportionate review. Appwaze does not remotely erase customer-owned systems or unrelated data. Historical receipts and acceptance evidence are retained under the approved retention policy.
