This is an unpublished preparation draft. Complete the seller information and obtain qualified review for the approved markets before publication. It is not a claim of legal approval or worldwide enforceability. 1. Seller and scope Appwaze is the trading name supplied by the individual operator. This is not a statement that a company is incorporated or a licence has been issued. The final seller notice must identify Appwaze Software (appwaze.com), business contact address Appwaze Software (appwaze.com), applicable registration/licensing status Appwaze Software (appwaze.com) and contact legal@appwaze.com. The final order identifies the product, edition, price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery method and any recurring charges. Only the markets approved by the seller may be offered checkout. 2. The offer and purchase Review the product description, compatibility requirements, licensing scope, support/update period and total payable before ordering. A software licence, hosted subscription and custom development engagement can have different terms. Product-specific promises and the accepted order remain relevant; this document does not silently replace them. 3. Accounts and security Keep account access secure and report suspected compromise through the published support channel. Authentication activity is evidence to investigate; it is not an unconditional statement that every disputed action was authorised by the account holder. 4. Payments, tax and delivery The checkout must disclose the actual total and tax treatment approved for the applicable transaction. Payment confirmation and fulfilment follow the stated order process. No promise is made that all taxes are the buyer's responsibility or that an invoice is legally qualified in every jurisdiction. Delivery timing and the distinction between access being enabled and actual receipt must be described accurately. 5. Cancellation, faulty products and refunds The approved refund policy applies subject to mandatory rights. Account creation, a general terms checkbox or licence issuance alone is not a blanket waiver of consumer rights. Where applicable law permits immediate digital supply to affect a cancellation right, the required separate information, consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be provided. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain applicable. 6. Custom work A separately approved statement of work must identify deliverables, milestones, acceptance, change control, fees and intellectual-property treatment. No arbitrary acceptance deadline or automatic transfer/reversal of copyright is imposed by this preparation draft. 7. Intellectual property and lawful use Use is governed by the purchased licence and applicable third-party notices. Mandatory rights and permitted statutory exceptions are preserved. Do not use the platform for unlawful activity. The final policies must accurately describe any export/restricted-party checks actually operated; this draft does not claim an unimplemented screening service or certification. 8. Changes, suspension and disputes Material changes must be versioned and communicated as required. Purchased rights must not be retrospectively rewritten. Suspension and remedies must follow the accepted contract and mandatory law. Governing law, competent courts, consumer complaint channels and any permitted dispute process require Appwaze Software (appwaze.com). No universal arbitration, class-action or jury waiver is selected here. 9. Mandatory protections Nothing in the final contract may exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated warranty, limitation or indemnity needs jurisdiction-appropriate review rather than a claim of universal protection. 10. Owner-selected custom-work payment policy Custom work requires a 50% advance confirmed against the accepted quote before work starts. The remaining balance is payable before final delivery and handover. The accepted quote must disclose both installment amounts, taxes and the cancellation treatment. An advance is not an unconditional non-refundable penalty; mandatory rights and lawful accounting for work/costs remain. Appwaze offers no discretionary change-of-mind refund after confirmed payment only to the extent permitted by applicable law; this does not replace the digital/service consent requirements or mandatory remedies in the refund policy.
