Finalise the seller/licensor identity, product-specific licence grant, permitted installations, update/support terms and jurisdiction review before publication. 1. The licence you purchase The licensor trades as Appwaze, contact legal@appwaze.com. The accepted offer and order identify the software, edition, scope, installation/domain limits, licence duration and support/update entitlement. Do not label every offer perpetual, subscription, single-domain or freely revocable unless its actual purchased terms say so. 2. Ownership and third-party components The grant permits the uses described in the purchased licence; it does not itself transfer all intellectual-property ownership. A separate custom-work statement may grant different rights. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their applicable licences and notices. Do not remove rights those licences or mandatory law provide. 3. Installation and validation Describe the actual activation, domain migration, key verification, offline/grace and recovery rules in Appwaze Software (appwaze.com). Licence-related restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Enforcement must preserve the service's non-destructive design; invalidation is not permission to delete or damage customer data. Do not promise access to updates outside the purchased policy or retrospectively shorten paid rights. 4. Permitted and restricted conduct Use must comply with the purchased grant, applicable law and third-party rights. Any copying, redistribution, modification or reverse-engineering restriction must respect the express grant and mandatory exceptions. Security research, interoperability and backup exceptions need jurisdiction-appropriate review rather than a universal prohibition. 5. Warranty and remedies Product descriptions and any approved warranty/service commitments remain relevant. Mandatory consumer remedies and liabilities that cannot be excluded are preserved. Negotiated business limitations, exclusions, indemnities and high-risk-use restrictions must be stated accurately and reviewed for the applicable customer and jurisdiction. 6. Ending or changing the relationship State the permitted grounds, notices, remedy opportunities and consequences for termination in Appwaze Software (appwaze.com). The final governing-law and dispute provisions require Appwaze Software (appwaze.com). Publishing a new policy must not rewrite the content or record of an existing accepted version. Individual licensor identity Appwaze is the supplied trading name of an individual operator, not evidence of incorporation or licensing. The final seller notice must identify Appwaze Software (appwaze.com) and the required business address/registration status before this draft is published. Custom-work handover requires the confirmed remaining balance under the accepted quote; payment alone is not an automatic transfer of intellectual property or waiver of mandatory remedies.
